What is one situation you had with a customer that really stood out?

Mary:

We had a customer who was traveling across the country, and when they got to Wisconsin, they broke down. They called us because it turns out a part that we had recently replaced had gone bad.

So, being that we are an AAA-approved auto care center and a Napa Care center, we were able to intervene. We got that part replaced for them at absolutely no charge, got the tow taken care of for no charge, so it felt really good to be able to help them out in that way.

Jason:

A customer who had never been to Weber automotive needed to get his homestyle motor van serviced. It was having some vibration problems, and nobody could get them in any time in the next month or so.

We were able to get him in quickly and resolve his issue!

James:

We had a customer who had tried two other shops before coming to Weber. At both of the previous shops, his car sat untouched for weeks as they weren't able to get around to inspecting and servicing it.

When he called us, we were able to get him in quickly and use our state-of-the-art technology to quickly diagnose the issues. We then repaired and replaced what needed to be done and gave him a quick turnaround time.
