We never, ever recommend a service or repair that isn’t needed.  It’s just not how we do business. It’s not ethical, and we would not tolerate any employee or sub-contractor that works with us that would do such a thing.

We show every client by digital inspection precisely what is right with their vehicle first, then what needs attention, and what will need to be done in the future. We give our expert advice so the client can decide what is best for them and their vehicle. 

We have the best diagnosticians in the business, hands down.  No matter what the issue is with your vehicle, we will find it and repair it correctly.  We regularly have other shops in town call Tony, our Shop Manager, for advice when they get stumped.  And he’s glad to help. Our different tagline is “We do it right”

The worst thing in the world is to have to do any repair twice. It’s terrible for our shop, but most importantly, it is not very good for our clients. 

The inconvenience alone is enough to send someone to another shop, so it’s vital to get it right the first time. We don’t do shotgun repairs. That’s when a technician will throw a bunch of parts at a problem, hoping that one of those will solve the issue. We take the time to diagnose it correctly and fix it correctly the first time.

Most of our repairs are guaranteed for three years, 36,000 miles. This is a nationwide warranty, so if you’re on a road trip and have a breakdown, you’re covered. We are a Napa Autocare center and AAA Approved auto care center, so we have both of those powerhouse entities behind us.
