During these uncertain times in our society, everyone has been doing their part to keep themselves and others safe. At Weber Automotive, we are no exception! The CDC declared that the auto service and repair industry is an essential business.
How Weber is Keeping You and Our Employee Safe
As with any essential business during this pandemic, Weber has taken the required precautions to keep our customers and team safe, and then some.
No more waiting for appointments in the waiting area. The waiting area is designated for the transfer of keys from the technicians and the customer and for the customer to sign their paperwork.
When giving your keys to the team, we ask that your only give us the key FOB and the key to your vehicle. Take off any other keys, keychains, lanyards, cards attached to limit exposure.
We provide a sanitizing wipe during each transaction and ask that you wipe down your key and Fob with that wipe. We do the same when giving them back to you.
We sanitize your door handle, steering wheel, the seat, anything we will come into contact with, we will sanitize before and after the service or repair.
We sanitize all surfaces after each guest comes into the waiting room.
We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms that you, please do not come in for your appointment.
