Good Customer Service

Have you heard the new term that’s being thrown around concerning worse and worse customer service?

What Is Considered Bad Customer Service?

NPR coined the phrase “Skimpflation.” This goes along with “Shrinkflation,” which refers to products getting smaller while prices stay the same or even increase.

The labor shortage is explicitly the driving factor in simulation. We are paying the same or more for services, but they’re terrible compared with what they used to be. But instead of raising prices, companies skimp on the goods & services they provide.  It’s gotten to the point where it’s just accepted & expected, both at restaurants as well as retail stores.

Zero Skimpflation At Weber Automotive

We’re proud to say that there is no Skimpflation at Weber Automotive.  Our #1 goal is to have every client leave as a Raving Fan. Customer experience is everything. Let’s face it; no one wants to come to an auto repair shop.  We’re like going to the dentist.

We know we need to do it, but it’s usually painful, and we don’t have nitrous oxide to make you laugh. We want every client to leave with a smile on their face and to feel that they were well taken care of. Our whole job is to provide safe & reliable transportation to our clients and their families. That’s it. It’s a significant job that we excel at.

Good Customer Service Is Quality Customer Service

We feel that it’s equally important for every person who comes through our door to leave as a friend.  We are honored at the trust placed in us to take care of their vehicle, and we work hard to earn and keep that trust.  We liken it to a “Cheers” atmosphere. We try to greet every client by name when they walk through the door.  Everyone knows your name.  We have valet parking, and ladies receive flowers when they pick up their vehicles.

When our technicians come into our lobby, and a client is checking in or waiting for their vehicle, they always say hello and give a smile.  They are always available to talk to our clients if there are any questions about the service they received.  We provide digital inspections, which is such a powerful tool to show our clients by photo and video precisely what is happening with their vehicle. Then it’s a great visual aid to explain the repairs or service necessary at that time.

When we get a new client, they have always been to a shop before coming to us.
We tell them we want to be their last shop or their “forever shop.” We love getting to know our clients, their families and hearing about all the good (and bad) things happening in their lives. They do come in as clients but leave as friends.
